Today, we're thrilled to share some exciting news about the latest addition to our GCX press line—a state-of-the-art Rotary Cutter. Implemented in September, this innovative piece of equipment is already proving to be a significant asset for our operations. ## Why the Upgrade? We're always looking for ways to improve and provide even better service to our customers. While our previous cutter served us well, it was time for an upgrade to enhance efficiency, cut down on waste, and enable us to meet the fast-paced demands of our clients and take on different kinds of work! ## The Installation Journey Our dedicated team dove into the task enthusiastically, skillfully navigating to ensure a seamless setup. Their relentless efforts have yielded excellent results, and we are filled with optimism that future runs will surpass even greater levels of efficiency. ## The Perks of the New Rotary Cutter So, what makes this Rotary Cutter so unique? First, it has dramatically reduced our makeready times, allowing us to jump into new jobs quickly. But that's not all; it's also significantly reduced run spoilage. This means we’re saving time and resources, which is a step forward in our commitment to being environmentally responsible. ## More Jobs, Happier Customers One of the most exciting benefits of this upgrade is its ability to handle more jobs in line with the press. This is excellent news for us and even better information for our customers. Running more jobs in line means we can meet customer schedules more efficiently than ever while taking on different kinds of projects. ## Looking Ahead Adding the new Rotary Cutter to the GCX is more than an upgrade; it’s a commitment to continuous improvement, superior service, and customer satisfaction. We're delighted with the early results and can't wait to see how this new tool will help us achieve new milestones.   Thanks for reading, and stay tuned for more updates as we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of printing!   If you'd like to learn more, feel free to contact us.  763-755-5500 or [success@johnroberts.com](mailto:success@johnroberts.com)     ### Popular Posts [![Memorial Weekend](https://blog.johnroberts.com/hubfs/Freedom2.png) READ MORE ** ](https://blog.johnroberts.com/memorial-weekend) Print ### [ Memorial Weekend](https://blog.johnroberts.com/memorial-weekend) [![40 Years of Service!](https://blog.johnroberts.com/hubfs/Jerry1a.jpg) READ MORE ** ](https://blog.johnroberts.com/40-years-of-service) News ### [ 40 Years of Service!](https://blog.johnroberts.com/40-years-of-service) [![Nurturing Your Emotional Wellbeing](https://blog.johnroberts.com/hubfs/Green%20space.jpg) READ MORE ** ](https://blog.johnroberts.com/nurturing-your-emotional-wellbeing) News ### [ Nurturing Your Emotional Wellbeing](https://blog.johnroberts.com/nurturing-your-emotional-wellbeing) [![Learn Why Omnichannel Marketing is Trending](https://blog.johnroberts.com/hubfs/PURL.png) READ MORE ** ](https://blog.johnroberts.com/learn-why-omnichannel-marketing-is-trending) Landing Pages ### [ Learn Why Omnichannel Marketing is Trending](https://blog.johnroberts.com/learn-why-omnichannel-marketing-is-trending) [![Leverage These USPS Promo Discounts](https://blog.johnroberts.com/hubfs/Mailbox.jpg) READ MORE ** ](https://blog.johnroberts.com/leverage-these-usps-promo-discounts) Print ### [ Leverage These USPS Promo Discounts](https://blog.johnroberts.com/leverage-these-usps-promo-discounts) [![Direct Mail Is Back](https://blog.johnroberts.com/hubfs/mailing.jpg) READ MORE ** ](https://blog.johnroberts.com/direct-mail-is-back) Direct Mail ### [ Direct Mail Is Back](https://blog.johnroberts.com/direct-mail-is-back) [![Your Guide For Print Buyers On Binding Techniques.](https://blog.johnroberts.com/hubfs/books1.jpg) READ MORE ** ](https://blog.johnroberts.com/a-print-buyers-guide-to-binding-techniques) Print ### [ Your Guide For Print Buyers On Binding Techniques.](https://blog.johnroberts.com/a-print-buyers-guide-to-binding-techniques) [![Celebrating Marie Sidonie, the Heart of Business Administration Day](https://blog.johnroberts.com/hubfs/marie.jpg) READ MORE ** ](https://blog.johnroberts.com/celebrating-marie-sidonie-the-heart-of-business-administration-day) News ### [ Celebrating Marie Sidonie, the Heart of Business Administration Day](https://blog.johnroberts.com/celebrating-marie-sidonie-the-heart-of-business-administration-day)     ###### BLOG POSTS ### Get Future Articles in Your Inbox
