"I am excited to announce that we have made significant changes in the Executive Management Team.  Our strategic goal to grow our packaging business needs a more consistent and direct focus. We have made progress, though to make an impact, we need to give it the same attention as our commercial business.

Effective September 1, Mark Carlson will be stepping away from the commercial side of our business to focus all his energies on growing our packaging division.  Emily Schultz will be taking over all commercial sales.

As Vice President of Packaging, Mark will build a team that will focus on developing and retaining packaging clients and managing the flow and process of how we produce packaging business.

As Vice President of Sales, Emily Schultz will manage our commercial sales and customer service teams.  Emily will also continue to oversee marketing and new business development.
