2014 National Postal Forum: Constructing an Effective Cross Media Campaign
It was a busy and exciting week for The John Roberts Company at the 2014 National Postal Forum in National Harbor, MD/Washington DC area.
Not only did the team learn more about mailing operations, data technology and all things “postal,” Rhea Friederichs visited with the Postmaster General and CEO of the USPS, Patrick R. Donahoe. As he stated during his keynote address, “Our industry needs to give all marketers a sense that mail can be used in new ways. We need to drive a better understanding of the value mail brings to integrated marketing campaigns.” This sentiment was echoed in Rhea’s workshop “Cross Media: Constructing an Effective Campaign” on Sunday.
